In this day and age, it's hard to find good people to do work around one's home. It seems that a lot of people don't keep their word, or don't show up when they're supposed to. Not Joe. joe is a person of integrity, and he is a man of his word. He has shown himself to be a very dependable person.
I needed to have my in-ground pool repaired. It needed a new liner, and at the same time I wanted the deep end to be filled in to a shallower depth. Joe was up-front and honest with me from the very beginning. He told me how long it would be before he could get to the actual construction/installation work. Joe got back to me in a timely manner with a quote, and I feel his price was fair.
Joe is detail-oriented and a perfectionist! In addition to providing me with a detailed blueprint drawing of the liner showing the measurements of the new depth changes, he also took close-up photographs of the corners, to ensure that the liner manufacturer would get the corners perfect.
Even before the liner went in, the preparation work of troweling the edges and bottom with sand
was impressive. Joe used sand with Portland cement added to it for more strength. All the angles and
edges looked perfect to me. I could hardly wait to see the liner installed.
Before he installed the liner, Joe tested all the lines and found that there was a leak in the return line. He was able to find and fix a problem where termites had made a small hole in the line.
He saved the piece of tubing that he cut and repaired, to show me the problem.
The installation of the liner was perfect! It looks so beautiful now. I couldn't ask for a better job!
And it doesn't end there. loe took a water sample home with him to test my water and Joe is going to add the chemistry and get me up and running the right way! I can't wait to jump in!
